My Bridal Shower

I am so excited to finally be sharing my Bridal Shower photos with you guys! I know its been a minute but better late than never. My mom and sister (maid of honor) seriously went all out for my shower and it was absolutely amazing! I am so grateful for them and my bridesmaids-they made me sure I was the happiest-bride-to-be that day!

From the decor to the signature drinks to the bridal games , every little detail was perfect! It all came together so beautifully, and I couldn’t be more thankful for my friends and family. The staff at 3 Westerly also went above and beyond to make sure I was having the best time, and I was so pleased with their service. They made sure everyone had a full drink at all times. This may be the reason why I got so drunk LOL. It was a Frosé (Frozen Rosé) and mimosa filled afternoon and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

One of the best things we did for my shower was having my super talented and amazing cousin photograph the entire day. From the moment I walked through the door to the last frosé I drank, she captured every moment and I couldn’t be more grateful for her. Plus, the photos turned out so beautiful (as you can see)! If you’re looking to hire a photographer for your shower in the Westchester County, NYC area, I highly recommend my cousin, Danielle DeVito.

To open gifts or to not open gifts? This was one of the hardest decisions I had to make for my shower. I know its tradition and a lot of the older guests look forward to seeing the brides reaction after opening each and every gift, as well as seeing what everyone else brought, but I personally felt like it would take up too much time. My shower was only 3 hours and it flew by so quickly. Everyone was having so much fun eating, drinking and mingling, I couldn’t imagine carving out an hour to open gifts. I asked for the gifts to be wrapped in clear cellophane, then l displayed them all on a table for my guests to view. At the end of the day, its your shower and you should do what makes you happy. And that’s exactly what I did!

It was truly the best day ever! I am so thankful for everyone who helped make my bridal shower so special and so much fun (especially the bartender who wouldn’t stop serving me Frosé lol).
