Hey loves! Long time no talk!
About two months ago, I hosted my blog launch party at Bloomingdale’s, White Plains! It was honestly a dream come true. As many of you don’t know, I wanted to start a blog for over 3+ years. I always felt silly and self conscious uploading pictures of my #ootd on Instagram. I thought people would make fun of me. There was no blogging/influencing community in Westchester and I had no one to turn to for help when I needed it. That all changed just a few months ago when I met the most inspiring and motivating bloggers/influences in Westchester, NY.
Since I’ve been wanting to start a blog for so long, I knew I had to throw a huge party to celebrate. I thought Bloomingdale’s would be a perfect place to host my Fashion and Lifestyle blog launch party!
Whether its a makeup event or a bridal fashion show, Bloomingdale’s always has exciting events going on in the store. Becky, Marketing and Events Manager, and I got together and planned the ultimate party for my blog launch.
But let me tell you…planning an event is not easy (I can’t imagine planning my wedding…YIKES). Thankfully, I had the best people by my side.
My launch party was from 12:00-3:00pm. For the first hour, everyone was mingling and sipping on mimosas from La Provence. I also had a doughnut wall created by the talented Boardbossny with freshly made doughnuts from Beascakes Bakery. I didn’t even get to try to the cookies made by Bakedaftermidnight. They were gone within minutes!!!
My absolute FAVORITE people, Iconic Lash Lounge came to support me. My eyelashes were looking bomb and I received so many compliments that day. Another huge shout out to Club Sweat Greenwich for supporting me that day too.
The best part of the event was the fashion show. I hand picked 5 outfits from my favorite brands in Bloomingdale’s and had my closest blogger friends model the looks. Each outfit represented my summer style and my models rocked them!
I also hosted a panel with my two fave bloggers/influencer’s breakfastatetiffany and campbymama. Tiffany and Megan discussed how/why they started their blogs and gave so many helpful tips.
I was SO thrilled with the way my event turned out! Everyone had such a good time. I am so grateful for the blogging community and I cant thank everyone enough for making my party so special. I cant wait to host the next one!

Jenna! That was such a fun day, I know it was stressful planning it but it was totally worth it! Your launch party was a success! So sad, I didn’t get to try the baked after midnight cookies either 🍪🍪😩…. I’m looking forward to the next event!
